The Transition Council of South Central Kansas is excited to partner with the My Transition, My Career project facilitated by the Kansas University Center on Developmental Disabilities (KUCDD) and funded through grants from the Administration for Community Living of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. 

The Kansas Transition Councils Project aims to establish or revitalize 7 transition councils across Kansas to support infrastructure for enhanced collaboration and improved student outcomes. The Kansas State Department of Education is also engaged with the Kansas Transition Councils Project to support development and sustainability of the councils.
